Re: Gibsons North to Pratt Road highway improvement project.
On a recent walk from Upper to Lower Gibsons I made two observations: there were very few pedestrians sharing the sidewalk with me and, almost without exception, vehicles in the long, slow line of traffic making its way through this little town had only one occupant.
"If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem." In this case it would be apt to consider the possibility you are the problem.
