My daughter left all her stuff on the ferry last night. The issue was that it was for her one-week-old son JT.
This was a panic situation because all the necessities were in her bag. I went to the Langdale terminal to find it. The staff on both Horseshoe Bay and Langdale sides went into action and located the bag. They went above and beyond the call of duty late last night. I wanted to express my appreciation to Kelly Carson and Kim Irwin in Langdale and Marcel Desjardins in Horseshoe Bay.
Also, I was on the ferry a couple of weeks ago and there was a medical emergency. What I noticed was how the crew on the Queen of Surrey sprung into action and attended to the woman. That was totally impressive to me.
