Among the many things that are annoying about BC Ferries, this one might take the cake.
I signed up for notifications if things weren't perfect at Langdale and/or Horseshoe Bay terminals. On Sunday, Oct. 20, I was sitting at the Horseshoe Bay terminal at 5:45 waiting for the 5:30 p.m. ferry to pull in, but no one in the terminal announced that the ferry would be late, no one texted me. When I got home I had three e-mailmessages saying, "Click here to see the message."
The messages said the ferry was running late.
How about an announcement in the ferry line-up where it would do the most good?
