The Visitor Centre in Sechelt will reopen under new management April 17.
The Centre has been closed since Dec. 31 after the Community Services Society opted to end its agreement with the district after 14 years.
The District of Sechelt awarded the Visitor Information Centre contract to Sunshine Coast Tourism (SCT) in late February, at a cost of $40,000.
The Sechelt Visitor Centre will reopen at its former location in the Seaside Centre.
SCT also operates the Visitor Centre in Gibsons Landing.
There will be a grand reopening celebration on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
