On June 13, a second suspect allegedly involved in two break and enters on Nelson Island on May 30, was arrested in Mission.
Timothy John Shepherd, 45, was arrested without incident on a warrant of arrest. Shepherd was subsequently released by a Judicial Justice of the Peace on several conditions, including a curfew and "no go" conditions to Egmont or Nelson Island. Shepherd is scheduled to appear at the Sechelt provincial court on June 26.
Shepherd was charged with two counts of break and enter, theft under $5,000, and possession of stolen property under $5,000.
