Sunshine Coast RCMP are investigating the theft of tools from a shipping container in the Selma Park area.
Police were called to a construction site in the 5100 block of Sunshine Coast Highway in Sechelt on Dec.16 after contractors discovered the container, being used to store tools, had been broken into.
West Coast Log Homes and Dakota Ridge Builders reported saws, drills, air nailers and other items had been stolen. Most of the tools had tags with the company name, West Coast Log Homes (as shown in the photo).
This theft occurred sometime between December 13 and 16.
Anyone with information about this theft or anyone from the area with surveillance cameras that would cover the 5100 block of Sunshine Coast highway is being asked to call RCMP at 604-885-2266 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
