The general public got its first chance to see the Lions Housing Society’s plan for a new building at Greenecourt in Sechelt at a Nov. 28 open house.
The Society wants to remove the remaining cottages at its Ocean Avenue property and build a six-storey apartment block.
Once BC Housing has confirmed its participation, the Society plans to begin fundraising and a rezoning process.
