On Friday Nov. 24, friends and families gathered at Gibsons Public Art Gallery for the Light the Night event in Gibson’s Landing.
Treats were enjoyed, music played and children lined up to visit Santa.
Then Gibsons Coun. Stafford Lumley led the crowd outside to turn on close to 65,000 lights.
The project was the dream of two Landing retailers and was made possible with support from Landing businesses, community groups and the Town of Gibsons.
