The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce is set to host its 2023 Business Excellence Awards gala on April 29 at the Hard Rock Casino Vancouver.

A group of 80 businesses has been narrowed down to 21.

The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce (TCCC) has unveiled the finalists for its 2023 business excellence awards from a combined 100 nominations.

Of the shortlisted establishments and non-profits, three will have more than one chance at raising some crystal at the annual gala this spring.

This includes Bump Physio and Co. (Port Moody), Natu'oil Services Inc. (Port Coquitlam) and Spotlight Events (Port Coquitlam) — all of which are finalists for two of the eight categories.

"Our Chamber takes pride in bringing together business and community leaders for a premier gala to celebrate and recognize outstanding organizations and individuals that demonstrate excellence in business and a passion for the community," said TCCC CEO Leslie Courchesne in an earlier release.

More than 1,000 organizations across Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra are represented by the Chamber.

Now, the TCCC is asking the public to help select the winners online this year, with a deadline of Feb. 17 at noon.

The 2023 business excellence awards gala is set for April 29 at the Hard Rock Casino in Coquitlam (2080 United Blvd.).
