The Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure says it’s extending the deadline for British Columbians to share their vision for the future of coastal ferry services.
An online survey that was launched in February will now close on April 17 at 4 p.m.
“Due to the ongoing situation with the novel coronavirus COVID-19, in-person meetings in coastal communities have been cancelled,” a release from the ministry said. “The extension of the survey will provide time for MLAs to connect with their constituents and local stakeholders, and provide a longer time frame for the public to provide feedback.”
The questionnaire is available on the Coastal Ferries Vision web page: https://engage.gov.bc.ca/coastalferries
