BC Ferries is keeping the Queen of Coquitlam in dock at Horseshoe Bay after a truck’s fuel tank was punctured during loading for the 9:45 a.m. sailing to Langdale.

As a result, BC Ferries has now cancelled the 10:50 sailing from Langdale and the 11:55 out of Horseshoe Bay.

Ferries said crews are working on “a thorough recovery and clean up operation.”

The Coquitlam was able to leave Horseshoe Bay at 12:05, and the 1:05 departure from Langdale will likely leave as scheduled.
