With heavy traffic expected for the upcoming May long weekend, BC Ferries has added 10 extra sailings to the Horseshoe Bay-Langdale route.
The most popular times heading into the long weekend are expected to be mid-day Friday to late morning Saturday coming from Horseshoe Bay to the Sunshine Coast. Historically, the holiday Monday afternoon is the busiest day of the long weekend with traffic returning to Metro Vancouver.
BC Ferries encourages customer to consider making a reservation during busy periods if travel is required on a specific sailing.
