The Sechelt Rotary Club is proud to be hosting Grace Milner, a Rotary exchange student from Sandbach in the United Kingdom. Grace comes to the Coast from another project of volunteering in India. She will be speaking to the Sechelt club on Aug. 1 at Pebbles Restaurant about her exchange experiences and her Rotary times as Interact club president in Sandbach. Rotary extends an invitation to all to come to the dinner meeting and meet Grace. Please call the restaurant to reserve a spot.

Grace will be returning to Sandbach on Aug. 24 to attend Bristol University to study geography. If you wish to check out opportunities to meet Grace in the community, go to the club site at www.deeprooted.ca/secheltrotary/gracemilner.

Grace is a credit both to Rotary and Britain. She has been supported by Rotary but she raised most of the money for her journeys and did most of the planning herself. The Rotary New Generations Service Exchange Programme provided Grace with experiences that covered the cultural, commercial and social lives of two greatly differing countries – India and Canada.

Please join Rotary in welcoming Grace to the community.
