The man charged in the first bank robbery on the Sunshine Coast in more than a decade made a brief court appearance in Sechelt May 25.
Deleriyes Joe Cramer, 42, of Gibsons is charged with a robbery at the Sechelt Scotiabank branch April 28. Cramer, who remains in custody on the Lower Mainland, appeared by video link.
The case was adjourned until June 8, when a date will be set for a preliminary hearing.
Cramer is also facing charges of dangerous driving and failing to stop for police tied to an incident that happened when RCMP arrested him the day after the robbery.
No one was injured in the robbery, but an undisclosed amount of cash was taken.
