Cops for Cancer Tour de Coast riders were on the Coast Sept. 22. The crew of police officers and first responders made several stops at local schools to tell students how the ride benefits children dealing with cancer.

Shevchenko is the Coast’s only rider this year as teammate Const. Ed Harrison had to drop out for health reasons just before the ride began Sept. 21.
