Nicole Arnett, Patsy MacDonald and Peter Doyle from Doyle Real Estate Group of Remax Oceanview Realty present Catherine Leach, executive director of Sunshine Coast Community Services, with a cheque to support the Building Together project in Sechelt, a dual-use structure that will include 34 units of affordable housing for women and their children. The three are inviting other realtors on the Coast to meet or beat their fundraising efforts. For every sale, the group will donate to the campaign for affordable housing. “We all know how crazy the housing market has become on the Coast,” MacDonald said. “With increasing house values, rents are becoming more and more difficult for many people to afford.
