A portion of a public art installation called Regeneration, created by Gordon Halloran as part of this year’s Sechelt Arts Festival.
Halloran is working on a permanent installation, a sculptural park of regenerated growth and the burnt remnants of trees sourced from the site of the recent Sechelt fire.
The project is a tribute to firefighter John Phare, who lost his life fighting the blaze.
