Looking at Makosso, it is hard to do anything but smile. His smile extends from his heart into his face and moves into every dance. His dance classes are an amazing workout for the body and soul.

He describes African dance as a celebration of anything that happens in our life - a celebration of birth, marriage, death, a new season, thefull moon, the rain, the harvest. African dance is a joy of mind, body and soul. It takes away pain, stress, bad feelings and bad thoughts. Each movement tells a story and each story is unique and special. The moves open your heart and help you breathe peacefully. African dance is your body having fun, expressing itself and enjoying it. It's healthy and it's fun.
