Gibsons poet Marion Quednau, left, and poet Heidi Greco of Surrey were the guest readers at an April 20 event at Gibsons Public Library to help celebrate National Poetry Month. Quednau and Greco read from their collections on the theme of forces of nature. Both poets have been published by Caitlin Press of Halfmoon Bay. The event was sponsored by the League of Canadian Poets and the Canada Council.
