We are fortunate to live in a community where there are so many of us who ‘care a whole awful lot’! Now is the time to recognize, celebrate and honour the countless volunteers who work hard each day to build a caring, inclusive, safe and sustainable community for us all.
The Sunshine Coast Community Services Volunteer Centre is pleased to announce the new date for our biennial Celebration of Excellence Award Gala: Friday, Oct. 28 at the Roberts Creek Hall.
The deadline to nominate your outstanding volunteers is Monday, Sept. 26 at midnight. Award categories include: Arts and Culture, Community Building, Environmental Protection and Enhancement, Sports and Recreation, Education, Health and Wellness, Safety, Youth Under 21, New Volunteer, and Non Profit/Public Sector Employee.
