The 14th annual Pender Harbour Show & Shine is less than a month away, on Sunday, Aug. 13. The Rotary Club of Pender Harbour is proud to bring this event to you at a new location beside the Legion in Madeira Park, with display space in the fields for over 100 cars and free public parking at the Legion or on the street. Parade and vehicle marshalling will be hosted by volunteers from the local Canadian Marine Search and Rescue, Unit 61.
Following the great Sechelt event Saturday, Aug. 12, many of the vintage vehicles will assemble in Trail Bay Mall Sunday morning and leave at 9:30 a.m. to parade along Highway 101 north to Pender Harbour turning on to Francis Peninsula Road about 10 a.m. continuing through downtown Madeira Park to the Legion. The vehicles will be on view to the public from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., when awards and prizes will be handed out. Visit Rotary Club of Pender Harbour on Facebook.
