The folks at the library wish to remind you that their monthly book sale will take place this Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 6 and 7 at the usual location and the usual time. The next sale will be Aug. 20 for Creek Daze; watch for more information.
Be a Creeker for a day … decorate those old gumboots and come stomping down to the Roberts Creek Hall for the Parade Prep at 10:30 a.m. (no signup required) and then stomp on down with the crowd to the Roberts Creek Pier for a great day at the annual celebration of Creek Daze.
Start with yoga at noon, buy some books at the Library, enjoy music, try your hand at the Gumboot Games, and sometime rest your weary feet as you feast on fabulous food and treats. All in all, this is a family day for everyone. Let’s rock in the Creek this Aug. 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
