The Children’s Festival and Duck Pluck will be held on June 25 at Dougall Park in Gibsons from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring a blanket, stay for the day and take in some great live entertainment, face painting, arts and crafts, bouncy castle, photo booth, stilt walkers, petting zoo and pony rides. Performers include Jean-Pierre Makosso, Matt Diamond, Anna Lumiere and Friends, Steve Wright, and Gerardo the Magician. Bring your lunch or try some delicious on-site food and beverages.
Entry cost is by donation. Remember to purchase one of our famous Duck Pluck raffle tickets for a chance to win some great prizes. All proceeds from the Festival go to Sunshine Coast Community Services children’s programs including Parent-Tot Drop-In and Bellies and Babies prenatal nutrition program.
Sunshine Coast Community Services Society is a non-profit organization offering residents from Earls Cove to Port Mellon a wide range of programs and services.
