In every community across B.C., kids want a chance to play sport. Unfortunately, some families simply can't afford the registration fees for their child to play in a season of sport.
KidSport Sunshine Coast Chapter is pleased to announce that Dale and Sally Benner, owners of Rent-itCanada, in Sechelt, have launched a wristband promotion.
All benefits of this branded wristband go towards KidSport.
The Benners are huge supporters of sport and kids in general. They have raised three athletic sons and sponsor and coach many teams on the Sunshine Coast. They encourage others to support KidSport so all kids can play.
Jim Gray, director of the KidSport Sunshine Coast Chapter, thanked the Benners for helping support kids on the Coast.
"I invite people in the community to drop in to Rent-It Canada and contribute to the Benners wristband promotion," said Gray. "We have been inundated with requests for assistance with registration fees and really need the community's support."
