Under the supervision of newly appointed youth worker Valérie Tremblay, students of École du Pacifique in Sechelt joined hands and created two Buddy Benches (Bancs des Copains).
These are now on the school grounds and used as a safe area to practise being a good buddy (un copain), to practise peaceful conflict resolution with the help of staff or to simply hang out.
