The Roberts Creek branch of the Royal Canadian Legion is slowly coming out of its pandemic shutdown, starting with Friday night concerts on the front lawn. The Billy Hillpicker Band started things off on July 10, playing to a ready audience at the Lower Road venue. Seating is limited and safely arrayed under tents in a format the Legion expects to repeat weekly until October.
