High Beam Dreams in Gibsons is slowly reopening as a concert venue with many pandemic-safety protocols in place. On Saturday, July 25, Venezuelan singer-songwriter Susana Abreu Williams performed behind a plexiglass screen, while a masked Andrea Williams danced her experimental flamenco to the music. The number of audience members was limited to just a few dozen, all widely spaced.
