The rain held off Saturday, Sept. 29 for Sechelt’s 2018 Oktoberfest, when Cowrie Street became a pedestrian mall from Trail Avenue to Wharf Avenue and visitors could enjoy foods and beverages from a number of local and regional craft brewers. A bouncy castle was on hand to help amuse the kiddies. Among the Oktoberfest vendors was Sechelt Coun. Noel Muller, who staffed the bratwurst grill at a food booth, with proceeds going to help support the Sechelt Downtown Business Association.
