The Girl Guides had cases of cookies to sell, and with the current social distancing restrictions, they were not able to go door to door this year. In a show of community support, the Sunshine Coast Credit Union (SCCU) offered to buy 80 cases of cookies, which were delivered to the Sechelt Hospital Foundation to distribute to VCH staff on the front line. All three IGA stores on the Coast, London Drugs, and Canadian Tire have also taken cases to sell. And thanks go to the SC Drag Racing Association members and the 3rd Gibsons Guides for helping out in the fundraising efforts.
