Business and Entrepreneur Show a success

Halfmoon Bay

The Halfmoon Bay (HMB) Business and Entrepreneur Show on Saturday, Oct. 29 at HMB Elementary School gave local businesses “an opportunity to come out and showcase their businesses,” information and referral coordinator Wendy Pearson said.

“It’s for Halfmoon Bay businesses big and small to come in and display their wares and what they do,” Pearson said.

Pearson estimated that about 60 to 70 people passed through during the day. She added that the participating vendors found this to be a great opportunity for networking with each other.

The event was put on by the HMB Information and Referral Centre, which is under the umbrella of the HMB Community School.
