Two weekly Hatha Yoga classes will be offered beginning the week of Jan. 14: Advanced Hatha Yoga on Wednesdays, and a Hatha Yoga and Relaxation class on Thursdays. The latter is a gentler class for those looking to relax deeply, release stress, and enhance flexibility.
