Due to the current circumstances, the fourth annual Fabulous Bridge Luncheon scheduled for May 7 has been cancelled. We will likely reschedule for a Thursday in September. For any events on the Coast, please check with the organizers.
This year the Herring Enhancement Project on the Coast is supported by Halfmoon Bay Community Association with Pender Ocean Discovery Station (PODS), the Lagoon Society, and four Rotary Clubs from Pender Harbour to Gibsons. If you would like to participate in our area, contact Lee-Ann Ennis: [email protected]. This is a seasonal operation and herring are unaware of the coronavirus.
Pickleball is regularly held Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Halfmoon Bay Elementary School. Please check the hmbcommunity.org site for current updates.
