Prince George RCMP is hosting a career information session on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m.

This information session offers participants the chance to hear first-hand from recruiters about becoming a police officer. Details of the recruiting process will be provided, including the requirements and expectations for applying and how to prepare for each stage.

“Joining the RCMP has proven to be a very rewarding experience for my personal and professional growth,” Cpl. Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP, said.

“I have always looked forward to becoming a police officer and I am glad I was able to join this organization because the opportunities are truly endless. I believe that policing is a challenging journey and will require your best, but it’s also extremely fulfilling and is a dream come true.”

The event will be held at the Prince George RCMP Detachment, 455 Victoria St., and will be one hour long.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the presentation and bring identification.
