Steven Chua

Steven Chua has been a reporter for The Squamish Chief since 2017.

He’s covered municipal hall, the courts, the school board, the regional district and everything in between.

In 2018, he won an award from the Canadian Community Newspaper Awards for his reporting on the changes happening to Britannia Beach.

After realizing Squamish has no movie theatre, he took up rock climbing and hiking to help pass the time.
