Suncoast Racquet Club recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of the building of their facility that provides year-round indoor tennis on the Coast. Some of the original board – Anne Elliott, Ralph Meyer, Colin Jacobsen, Laurie Reid and Friedl Brudermann – along with other members celebrated the event with tennis, a barbecue and champagne. The non-profit organization and the District of Sechelt built the two-court club that also hosts public play and supports community programs. See www.srctennis.ca for more.
