Adult skater Shannon MacLean made an impressive showing at this year’s International Adult Figure Skating Competition held last month in Vancouver. Shannon competed in two events placing seventh in the Adult Bronze Interpretive and winning the Bronze Medal in Women Bronze III Freeskate. Congratulations to Shannon and thanks for representing the Sunshine Coast Skating Club, the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia, and Canada proudly. The competition attracted 200 skaters from 15 countries. Skaters competed in Men’s and Women's Free Skating, Pairs Free Skating, Ice Dance and Synchronized Skating, from Bronze level to Masters Elite.
