Run ‘Til It Burns 10K drew 59 participants last year.

The seventh annual Halfmoon Bay Fire Department Run ’Til It Burns 10K takes place Sept. 30.

The 10k run meanders through Halfmoon Bay, from Firehall #2 on Fawn Road to Firehall #1 on Redrooffs Road. The run starts at 10 a.m. on Sunday morning, from the Fawn Road firehall.

There will be water stations along the way, and refreshments at the finish line. Come get in a great workout while supporting your local fire department and high school running teams. Net proceeds from the run go to travel funds for the running teams at Chatelech and Elphinstone secondary schools, while donations go to the Halfmoon Bay Fire Department.
