Hockey players support the Food Bank

The Christmas Co-ed Hockey Fundraiser on Dec. 7 raised $1,500 in cash and about $200 worth of food items. The cash and food will be divided up equally and distributed to the food banks in Madeira Park, Sechelt and Gibsons.

The Christmas Co-ed Hockey Fundraiser on Dec. 7 raised $1,500 in cash and about $200 worth of food items. The cash and food will be divided up equally and distributed to the food banks in Madeira Park, Sechelt and Gibsons. The fundraiser was held at Gibsons arena and hosted by the Rusty Cranks seniors’ hockey club and the Women’s Hockey League.
