Are you looking for a luxury home?

If you're looking for a new place and have a few million laying around, these lavish properties might be right up your alley. 

But even if you aren't in the multi-million dollar Vancouver real estate market, you can still feast your eyes on these architectural dreamboats. 

These are the top nine most expensive detached home listings in the Metro Vancouver region. According to HouseSigma’s home price valuation tool, however, all of them are currently on the market for more than the estimated sale price.

"The average asking price is 14.64% higher than what the property is estimated to sell for," explains the company. 

HouseSigma notes that the most expensive abode that is currently for sale in the region is actually a condo. It's located in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour.

Here are the top nine most-expensive detached homes in Metro Vancouver. 

1. South Granville home

This home is located at 1188 55TH Ave. in Vancouver's South Granville area. It is currently listed at $28.88 million but is estimated at $25,523,342, according to HouseSigma. 

The two-storey, 13,188 square foot mansion has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms and has been on the market for 140 days. It also has a full-size indoor pool and spa, two media rooms, a large gym, wine cellar, a nanny's quarters, an extra guest bedroom in the basement, an elevator, and a six-car attached garage with a heated circular driveway.

2. Matthews Ave. home in Shaughnessy 

This home is located at 1389 Matthews Ave. in Shaughnessy. It is currently listed at $28.8 million but is estimated at $24,833,973, according to HouseSigma. 

Described as "prestigious" with a "Tudor-style," this 10,816 square foot Shaughnessy home has been on the market for 78 days. The luxuriour abode has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms as well as a beautiful indoor swimming pool and a three-level elevator.

3. Osler Street home in Shaughnessy 

This home is also located in Shaughnessy at 3537 Osler St. It is currently listed at $28.8 million but is estimated at $24,833,973, according to HouseSigma. 

The 10,880 square foot, two-storey home just hit the market and features a breathtaking entrance with a "grand marble-tiled entry lobby with sweeping double staircase to two fairytale turrets overlooking the lights of downtown Vancouver."

4. Techmseh Avenue home in Shaughnessy

This home is located at 1233 Techmseh Ave. in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood. It is currently listed at $26.8 million and has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The 12,413 square-foot home boasts  "exceptional quality and extensive concrete, steel and timber construction together," according to the Realtor. Additional features include additional accessory building for guests, a koi pond and 3 car garage.

5. Angus Drive home in Shaughnessy

This home is located at 1738 Angus Dr. in Shaughnessy. It is currently listed for $24.998 million and has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. 

Built in 1923, the abode sits on a sprawling 51,000 square foot lot at the corner of Angus Drive and Alexandra Street. The real estate agent writes that it is "surrounded by magnificent gardens, meandering walkways, a tranquil pond, fountains and thoughtful stonework."

6. Campbell Valley home 

This home is located at 21394 16 Ave. in Campbell Valley in Langley. It is currently listed for $24.99 million and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. 

Described as an abode where one can enjoy "exquisite French country living," the home is situated on a 40 acre equestrian estate. The home has numerous modern furnishings, including a library, a wine tasting room, a gym, a media room, and more. There is also an indoor riding ring with a 26-stall stable as well as a separate six-stall stable.

7. Wolfe Avenue home in Shaughnessy

This home is located at 1126 Wolfe Ave. in Vancouver's Shaughnessy neighbourhood. It is currently listed for $24.88 million and has seven bedrooms and eight bedrooms.

9. Park Lane in West Vancouver  

This home is located at 2910 Park Lane in West Vancouver. It is currently listed for $24.8 million and described as an "iconic seaside residence" with "180-degree spectacular unobstructed [southwest] facing ocean views."

With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the breathtaking home also offers floor-to-ceiling windows and a "resort-style" infinity pool with a jacuzzi.
