Flower boat is a tourist attraction



Although I am unfortunately no longer a resident of Gibsons, I like to keep abreast of activities. I was shocked to read of the assessment to Liz Williams.

Over the years I have proudly displayed her beautiful flower boat, to officials and friends as part of the charm of Gibsons.

In my humble opinion, not only should the Town pay the provincial tax on her behalf, but I would have thought the Town of Gibsons would have given her a lesser charge for moorage for all her labours and costs. It only seems fair.
