I read Frank Brown’s letter in which he outlined why he felt it time to move from Gibsons (“Time to move on,” Sept. 7). He’s outraged over developments like The George, Eagle View Heights and Gospel Rock.
I moved to the Coast after falling in love with the area more than 30 years ago. I can’t think of where Mr. Brown will relocate where there’s been less development. I think of Whistler, Squamish and Langley, to name a few small communities that have seen massive development.
Perhaps Mr. Brown would consider Sechelt. It’s just down the road and almost nothing has changed in 30 years!
