Hundreds attend Gambier Fair

Gambier Island

More than 400 people attended the annual Gambier Island Family Fair last weekend. “Lord James Gambier,” also known as Barney Taylor, officially opened the fair, which is organized by volunteers and raises funds for the island’s community centre. Artist Neil Paterson performed at the event, which organizer Nancy Grenier called “another great success.”
