Gibsons Public Market hosted a Merchants' Food Festival on Saturday, April 13, showcasing the varied goods on offer daily in the Market – a “celebration of food, fun, and community.” Highlights included free samples of quality cheese from Fromagerie de Baie, and delicious pumpkin seed paté from Crazy Red's Breads, spring flowers from Cascara Botanics and Gifts, the fifth annual oyster shuck at Fisherman's Market, the launch of Gibsons Butcher’s partnership with D’Original Sausage House, and the official opening of Wholesome Market Eats, the Market’s newest vendor.
