Missing teenage girl may be avoiding well-being check: Coquitlam RCMP

Police are actively searching for Noelle O'soup, who also goes by "Elli," and may be in the Vancouver area.

Noelle 'Elli' O'soup left her home without permission on May 12, 2021, and hasn't been seen since.

Police are concerned for the well-being of a missing 13-year-old girl, but she may also be avoiding having her well-being checked.

Coquitlam RCMP say Noelle O'soup — also known as "Elli" — hasn't been seen in one week as of this publication (May 19), is considered high-risk and are now asking the public for help to find her.

She left her Port Coquitlam home without permission at 6:30 p.m. on May 12. 

Police say they're actively searching for O'soup, who's known to frequent the Vancouver area.

She's described as:

  • Indigenous
  • 5'6"
  • 200 pounds
  • Short black hair
  • Last seen wearing...
    • Black hoodie with "LOVE" in white letters on the front
    • Dark blue jeans
    • Black shoes
