UPDATED: RCMP arrest man charged with breaching probation conditions

An arrest warrant has been issued in Sechelt Provincial Court for a 34-year-old man charged with breaching his probation conditions.

Sunshine Coast RCMP have arrested a man wanted on a warrant for breaching his probation conditions.

Jarrett Joseph Lernowich, 34, was located and arrested in Gibsons, RCMP Const. Karen Whitby said in an email Wednesday morning, Aug. 4.

“Thank you to the public for their assistance,” Whitby said.

Police had issued a media release the previous day with a description of Lernowich, asking the public to call 911 if they saw him in the area.
