Here are your kicks and kisses for the week of July 18!
Kicks to the young woman who, without the required paid permit, parked in the handicapped parking at the corner of Cowrie and Inlet Roads then stood combing the hair of one of her daughters! Because of your thoughtlessness, my husband and I, both elderly and on canes, had to park way up the block and walk!
