The Sunshine Coast Youth Soccer Association (SCYSA) partnered with Gibsons Tim Hortons on the Smile Cookie charity campaign, raising $11,860 for youth sport. During a cheque-presentation ceremony, Tim Hortons owner Klaus Fuerniss noted that, despite the obstacles posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the SCYSA sold the second most cookies – and raised the second highest amount of money – in B.C. this year. “We were extremely proud to work with them,” he said.
