The ½ Moon Crazies, a satellite group of the Sunshine Coast Quilters Guild, was pleased to donate 450 reusable bags to the Food Bank. The Food Bank had advised they were in need of extra-large reusable bags and the Crazies Quilting Group determined that their Fran Neville funds would be best suited to supply this need. Former Quilting Group member Neville passed away a couple of years ago and her family has honoured the group with funds in her memory. In 2018, a quilt was designed and donated to the Guild to go out to the community, and the balance of funds has now been allocated to the Food Bank and their needs.
