The Drop Dead Gorgeous Pole Walking group raised $1,520 in 2019 by collecting toonies each week to contribute towards local charities. During their recent Christmas luncheon, it was determined that this year the funds would be split equally between Gibsons Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre, Sunshine Coast Hospice Society, Sunshine Coast Trails Society and Ground Search and Rescue. Also a donation of $100 worth of food was given to the Food Bank.
