Dancing on a cloud!

After putting on the Dad and Me Dance for the past 20 years, the Rotary Club of the Sunshine Coast ran hard up against COVID-19.

After putting on the Dad and Me Dance for the past 20 years, the Rotary Club of the Sunshine Coast ran hard up against COVID-19.

It looked like girls and their dads who eagerly anticipate the dance each year would have to be disappointed – until Rotarian Barbara Webb had the idea to hold it online.

VideoMax Dance put a live, three-hour dance party on Zoom, Rotary created a special Facebook page for participants to share photos and videos, and voila! The magic was kept alive.
